Innovation through making big...small

Innovation requirers shrinking the size of an organization into manageable piece.  Innovating and the culturization of that innovation can happen more effectively in smaller environments.  Adopt the rule of 150.  Break large organizations into buckets of <150 people to foster better collaboartion, teamwork, and idea exploration.  By shrinking massive companies into smaller pods, an organization can better harness the power of teams, and then be able to immedicately flip new ideas into a change management process on a small scale within the team of 150 as a pilot, or on a large scale across all management groups.
